Why this privacy statement? We like to inform you about what we do with and how we keep your data secure. When visiting our website, it is possible you share ‘personal data’ with us, such as you ip address, name, email address, … It’s your data, so it’s important you know.
Such data may lead to identification of you as a person, regardless if we do this or not. We value discretion highly, and we have no intention whatsoever to use your data other than in ways described below.

Where does your data end up?
Responsible party for processing: Fetish-square is the responsible partner for processing, in the sense that we determine which data is processed, for what purposes, and how we process this data.
Processing parties: As the Responsible party for processing, we are allowed to use services provided by third parties to actually process the data. For that, we use or may use in the future the services of following types of data processors:
- Web hosting company
- Marketing agency
- Administrative processing of data agency
- Communication agency
Alle aforementioned parties are bound to process the data in a GDPR compliant way.
What do we do with your data? Fetish Square is a platform that aims to inform you about various kinds of events, either organized by Fetish Square or by one of our affiliates or partners. However, under no circumstances, your data will be disclosed to the said affiliates or partners – communication with you will always be done originating by the Fetish Square platform. All communication you receive about events not organized by Fetish Square directly, will be done exclusively by Fetish Square, to comply with our standards of not disclosing your data to others than the aforementioned processing partners.
The goal of using, storing and collecting your data: By disclosing your data to Fetish square, you agree to receive promotional content about events or other subjects we think of as relevant. In case tickets or other items are bought through the platform, your data will be used to issue your ticket, and conduct relevant communication with you.
What do we know about you? Depending on the services you like to use of Fetish square, more or less types of data may be needed or relevant. The following list is for illustration purposes only, and is in no way limitative. We promise we will only collect the data that is absolutely relevant to conduct the communication with you relevant to the services you request from Fetish Square. Amongst other, this may be:

Why do we need this data from you? When visiting this website and disclose your personal information, we assume you want to use one or more services we provide. To be able to provide you these services (such as mailing list, promotional content for events, ticket sales, …) we need the requested types of information. Without, we cannot provide you the level of service we are willing to provide.
Do we disclose your data to other parties? We will never provide your data to other entities, not through sales or any other form of deal. If we feel such would or could be relevant, we will ask your explicit permission before doing so.
How long do we keep your data? We keep your data as long as is needed to provide the services you indicated you’re interested in, and as described earlier.
What are your rights?
Guaranteed safe and lawful processing of your data: Your data will always be processed compliant to the relevant laws. They will not be stored longer than needed to provide the service.
Right to consult your data: Upon simple request (please mail to mail@fetish-square.com) you will be able to get an overview of what personal data we store from you. The key you should provide is the email address. Fetish Square may require you to further and more explicitly identify you, in order to not disclose other personal data.
Right to correct your data: If you feel your data is incorrect, you have the right to request a correction of your data.
Right to be forgotten: You have the right to request deletion of your data in the following cases:
- When we do not longer need your data for the services we provide you
- When you revoke your permission to process your data, and no other lawful ground is in existence to keep your data
- When you lawfully objected to the processing of your data
- When we need to remove your data based on a governmental obligation.
Please do note in some case we cannot erase your data, even if you explicitly ask us to do so. E.g.: The law obliges us to keep track of invoices for 7 years.
Right to transfer your data: You have the right to receive the data you’ve disclosed with us in a computer readable format (csv format), and to transfer these records to another service provider; unless technically impossible.
Right to revoke your agreement to process your data: you have the right to revoke your consent to process your data if such is not in conflict with the law.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
